Improvements to the Anti-cheat interface behind the scenes

Cheating is of course frowned upon by any serious gamer and FreeKick have always taken the work against those that deliberately break the community rules very seriously. We have an advanced interface for our skilled Game Masters and the sad figure of thousands of locked clubs are proof enough of the efficiency. When you invest time and skill in FreeKick, you fight on fair terms. We are continously improving and speeding up anti-cheating measures to assist the community.

Lately we have lessened the language gaps in the communication between Game Masters and suspected cheaters or reporting users. We have also added an autoreport system that have identified cased of users having multiple clubs (something that sometimes is hard to find with the naked eye) and we will add further security measures against transfers cheating - an area where the reports from our users usually find the rule breakers already. This isn't a fun part of gaming, but it's a necessary part to keep the game fun.

Although there are some examples when users have dodged justice too long, FreeKick has never been far behind in anti-cheating measures (although our policy discretion causes some users to think that). Many users that are caught cheating say that they did it because they love the game and show regret after seeing years of building their clubs being thrown away by cheating. So please, don't try to cheat. We HAVE a good anti cheating system and we hate to make people sad by removing them from the game.

Advanced corners and free kicks coming up!

As promised we are working on improving the tactical depth during set pieces (released at end of season). The manual draft is now available at the bottom of the manual for you to ponder on and give response to. The implementation of the draft is on the way, but we always listen to the feedback from the community and see if we can make improvements.

This is especially exciting since it’s one of the last pieces of the complex puzzle of creating the most advanced and tactically challenging match engine on the web. Besides smaller tweaks (some released at end of season and explained in the editorial below), we only have a reform for special abilities left as an important piece before being able to concentrate on community improvements and fun things, like match commentators.

Welcome to the new season (23)!

Freekick is moving forward with new features and improvements of old ones. As promised before we will concentrate on adding features that will improve the enjoyment of the game, rather than improve the core. We can do this with good conscience since we feel the core to now be of such high quality.

As always, we have released several new features during the last season and now at the beginning of the new season. We will continue to improve the game during the upcoming season(s), but primarily add fun stuff and improve the enjoyment of the game.

Game News system will improve communication with managers!

We are very happy to release a new game news system. Previously you would only see news on the front page and most managers just logged in without seeing it. A further issue was the fact that the news items wasn't translated, and that it was hard to follow older news items. The news items was also restricted in length. Now we add an editorial section linked to news to allow for more information for those that want it.

You may think it is just a cliche but you'll have the opportunity to meet lots of new people and have great friends.

If you don't want a new addiction in your monotonous life,just get away from this game of awesomeness:))

My advice to new players:

Manual is extremely important.There is all the information you need.

Participating in forums would add much to your FK perspective in terms of tactics.

At the first steps,try to use cheap and experienced players for some time in order to prevent being a loser:))

Be smart when making transfers.Don't throw away your money.It's hard to earn that money even in the game.
